We created a digital product training module using microlearning, responsive product simulations, and scenario-based walkthroughs.
Our team at TrainIKU also transformed the product documentation into a structured training flow. Learners can explore the installation steps, troubleshooting logic, and feature differentiation in the right contexts (and not just in theory).
In a bid to reduce incoming support requests, the training also included real-world scenarios. These scenarios came directly from common help desk tickets. EPEVER’s support agents and customers benefited from these detailed and guided diagnostics.
